Mining An Emerging Area of Cooperation between Ethiopia and India on 23-11-2024

The Embassy of India to Ethiopia hosted an event on 23 November 2024 on the theme of “Mining: An Emerging Area of Cooperation between Ethiopia and India”.

The side event was attended by policy makers, officials, existing and potential investors, diplomatic community, experts, researchers, geologists, academicians and other stakeholders.
The newly launched study by the Embassy on “Export Opportunities of Potash, Precious and Semi-Precious Stones, Rare Earth Elements, Metals and Minerals from Ethiopia to India” has also been showcased. The conference also symbolized India’s interest for investment in Mining sector and provide a platform to connect stakeholders.
